While I agree with Obama's position on dialoguing with those whose views differ from ours, it would be much more helpful if his policies actually reflected his declaration that he desires to "reduce the number of women seeking abortions."

His first executive act was to reverse the ban that prohibited funding to international family planning groups that provide abortions.

Jim Wallis' advocacy for justice is to be commended. In all our attempts to speak for the voiceless, let us not forget the most vulnerable of all.
